Using this site

By placing an order or creating an account with NorthSteelKnives, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter a legally binding contract to buy from us, and you're responsible for keeping your account credentials and password secure.

Products and pricing

Every piece we list is hand-forged, so small variations in pattern, weight, and finish between photos and the item you receive are normal, not a defect. We try to keep prices and stock accurate, but we reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel an order if an item goes out of stock before it ships — you'll be refunded in full if that happens.

Orders and payment

Payment is processed through PayPal at checkout. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully captured. We'll send you a confirmation once your order is placed, and you can review your order history at any time from your account.

Shipping

We ship to the address you provide at checkout, so please make sure it's correct before confirming your order. Delivery times can vary since every piece is made and packed by hand.

Age restrictions

Knives, swords, axes, and cleavers are functional edged tools. By ordering, you confirm that you're of legal age to purchase edged blades in your jurisdiction and that you'll use and store them responsibly.

Limitation of liability

Our products are sold for legitimate use — kitchen work, outdoor use, and collecting. We're not liable for misuse, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of items purchased from this site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the store changes. Continuing to use the site or place orders after an update means you accept the revised terms.
